Chromatic homotopy theory reading seminar

This is the page for the Spring 2023 reading group on chromatic homotopy theory at UIUC.

Here is a syllabus for the topics we'll cover and the references we'll use for each topic. We will mostly draw from:

Ravenel, Nilpotence and periodicity in stable homotopy theory (Orange book),

Barthel-Beaudry, Chromatic structures in stable homotopy theory (BB),

Ravenel, Complex cobordism and stable homotopy groups of spheres (Green book).
